OMG, the Father Ted Theory of Perspective has been challenged. I just felt a rip in the whole time/space continuum.

FT(D rev.)ToP v. 2

Father David: …OK, one last time. These EU deals only look big because they are closer to us… but the ones out there only look small because they are far, far away. Small… far away… do you understand? Bring them closer and you'll see... ah... oh... bollocks.

Brexit WILL happen and Government prepared for no transitional deal' Chris Grayling says

He doth protest too much, Methinks. You'd almost think that Brexiters are having second thoughts.

My grandfather gave his life in the war so that I could present his sacrifice as an alternative to a rational argument,” said Brexit supporter Brian First.

“I won’t let his sacrifice be in vain!”

Mr Grayling calmly responded: “All of this will depend on the position of the European Union and how the negotiations go.

“It is perfectly plausible that we could leave without a transitional arrangement, if the agreements were in place for future trade, if the agreements were in place for the kind of partnerships we will have in the future.”
That is a deal you plonker. Or does he mean a verbal agreement from Bernier that the UK can have something like Canada constitutes as a basis to start negotiations with other countries?

I wish I'd coined it.

The divisions aren't on straight left-right lines or more importantly a choice between members and voters. The survey on the Labour generally thread shows how deeply unpopular Brexit is with the membership. And just as unpopular with Labour voters.
