Edit: I can understand LJB's concerns. I left a cycling forum cos it turned into a willy-waving contest, with cretins ignoring/abusing other members because "I've got 11309 posts and you've only got1065 posts so what I say obviously carries more weight than your insignificant dribble..."

FWIW Kreuzy, unless I'm being more dim than usual I'd rather we just had a convenient "DST on/off" button, which I think was there in the past?

Seems that that used to be accomplished with a plugin on the old system, all of which has now been discontinued.

You now do it by editing your own profile - click your avatar and "View full profile".

Next, click the edit "pencil".

1. Board preferences
2. Edit global settings
3. Customise the relevant settings

I can't see any reason not to. At present only the poster knows about the rating. BTW I asked about it some time back.
