I know this is a bit late, but is there any way to make posting images to the board a little easier?

I can't be doing with all that setting the image up on a third party image hosting web page then linking to it here.

It's especially difficult using the Ipad (unless someone perhaps knows different) so I tend just not to bother.

OK,

1: Click "Upload attachment"
2: Drag your pic in to the edit panel
-or- 3: Upload it

Alternatively

4: Paste a public URL

256k. That should be more than enough and not burn the hard drive allocation while still giving high enough resolution for even 27" monitors.

JPEGs at 51 quality (Adobe products) are a decent enough setting.
