Britain to sprout 'Frankenfoods' after EU ruling: Controversial crops could be grown from next year after being approved

Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... crops.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Throwing EU in the headline, sure to get the VOTE UKIP mob worked up...
The system will allow each country to decide for itself whether or not to grow a GM crop...

Most of Europe, including Germany and France, wants to ban the crops amid concerns over their impact on the environment, food and human health.
However, the governments of Britain and Spain support the technology and are keen to see the crops in the fields and on dinner plates as soon as possible.

It's nitrous oxide rather than helium. My local supermarket remainders the Sodastream capsules after every Christmas and Easter (10 for less than three Euros) so I can confirm that, yes, you do get moderately high but the most dangerous part of it is slipping on the spent capsules that litter the bedroom floor after a right good go at it.

No way is it either as intoxicating or as dangerous as the white powder that is allegedly endemic in Derry Street.

Hope. Laughing gas is nitrous oxide.

If you could get high on CO2, I'd be out there sniffing trees rather than hanging about on here.

Fun carbon dioxide fact... If you fell in to a vat of beer in a brewery, rather than drowning pissed but happy, you would suffocate on the oxygen depleted gas above the brew.

Yes. See also every pro kitchen in the world when they first get an Espuma gun. For a week. Then you wise up.

The WHITE ghettos that blight South Africa: 20 years after the fall of apartheid, how it is now white people who live in squalid camps
Around 42,000 of the 4.5 million white South Africans are thought to live in poverty, which equates to 0.9 per cent.

But 63.2 per cent of the country's 43 million black South Africans also live in poverty and around 37 per cent of 'coloureds' - people of mixed race.

Don't worry, the usual shitcunts haven't bothered reading beyond the headline, the comments are as you would expect.
