She's cosied-up to the BJP, and was vocally pro-Modi during the UK election as there was a concerted drive by the Conservatives in certain areas to go for the upper-caste Hindu vote, by positioning themselves as anti-Muslim and anti-Dalit.

I find it amazing that in a country that is now facing an uncertain future, where an adjacent country is plagued by continuing strikes, a WHO warning exists about a virus and much more, we give headline space in daily newspapers to one woman's 'right' to scribble on a medium most of us couldn't give a flying fuck about. If ever there was proof that the media lives in its own self-obsessed bubble, here it is writ large.
