In Birmingham and Manchester, classes of more than 50 have become the norm for mainstream subjects such as Mandarin, Atheism and Diversity Studies.
Setting aside the subjects, he ought to approve of classes of more than 50 - it harks back to the halcyon days of the 1950s and earlier.
