I disagree as diesel & petrol come from crude oil and crude oil is a natural Earth mineral (not from fossils -and this is accepted by most geologists) thus, as the Russians found out years ago, most oil wells replenish thus crude oil is the original renewable energy source and we have thousands of years worth. Battery cars are Lady,shaves and dangerous!!

Once again it's the demonstration of their ability to see the world only in monetary terms; the cost of everything and the value of nothing.

That's a bit harsh as their project is to persuade the public to see the world through nativist hate, fear and superiority with no regard to the monetary costs to peoples' lives. No cost to them though.
