Harebelle, Down the rabbit hole, United Kingdom

Big inflatable crash mat and push him off.
Dave, Douglas

What utter idiocy! Thousands of people messed about because of one stupid idividual. Have the police no guts these days?
citizen, Almeria

They should have given him 30 minutes then tazered him while 4 bobbies stood below holding a blanket.
TylerD, Rochdale, United Kingdom

Just leave the Motorway open, it`s what he would have wanted.
usednurse, Scottish Borders United Kingdom

Dear God, if he's not jumped in 24hrs he's not going to. Get the road open and leave the attention seeker to make his choice.
The wizard, london, United Kingdom

Don`t worry he will go to sleep at some time.. and drop off...

He should've surveyed the quantity of water he was diving into

I hope every broken bone becomes a barometer that causes him pain whenever the weather changes

Kudos for this one though.

There's the usual "Rest In Peace" guff in the story about Two removal men die as they try to move sofa through window of £7m Knightsbridge flat, but there are a few cnutwads as well.
Honest Stan, Bristol, United Kingdom, 1 hour ago
Thank god they missed that beautiful black Jag though, I bet the owner was well relieved.
To be fair, he is the second worst rated comment. ( I'm also wondering if the story would be Top Of The Website if the plat had been in Darlington or Crewe. My London-phobia might be showing.)

Cadogan Square is one of London's wealthiest streets with £25m homes
Two removal men died and six others were injured today after a first floor balcony collapsed outside a £7million apartment on one of London's most exclusive streets.
Those quotes were even in the Mail's first "Breaking News" version of the story.

Eight NHS workers are 'attacked every hour': Number up by 9% in a year with most assaults coming as staff try to treat patients

Great! That's some more claims for all the NHS workers to get stuck into. Nice work if you can get it! While we are at it, lets get them all to lose weight too, they set a terrible example.
JohnnyCC, New York, United Kingdom, 7 hours ago

Then quit! Nobody forces them to be there - all they seem to do is complain
troubled, londonish, United Kingdom, 7 hours ago

They do a great job, but some NHS workers have a bad attitude which provokes a reaction
Alan Brown, Chesterfield, United Kingdom, 5 hours ago

Not surprised, given their attitudes.
Cuntucopia!

The Mailitariat have actually pleasantly surprised me today:

Anger as C4 allows paedophile to say: My name is Eddie, I'm attracted to girls of 4... but NSPCC backs television confession tonight
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... crime.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Top-rated comments:
Good on him for not acting on it an seeking help, pity some of those in power can't do the same.
This man can no more change from being a paedophile than anyone else can change from being heterosexual. There are clinics to help paedophiles to not offend or harm a child on the continent and we should have them here. I think this gentleman is brave to go on television and applaude him.
If someone asks for help they should be given it. Far better that then risking the safety of children. I believe sexual crimes against children are some of the worst crimes a person can ever commit, HOWEVER I also accept that this is a huge worldwide problem which isn't going away, in fact it seems to be getting worse. I have to say this man is very brave for coming forward and seeking help and, for once, a pro-active approach might be the way to go.
The "I'm more outraged than you" self-righteous battalion are there, but in small numbers and overwhelmingly being red-arrowed. My faith in humanity is slightly restored after seeing this one.

how much is it going to cost us THIS time!? And if the doctors do manage to save her, no doubt we'll be subjected to another sanctimonious lecture about how precious she is and we're not allowed to say a word against her!
