The humble dinner? Dinner parties are all too often a nightmare of one-upmanship and showing off.

And surely the ultimate point of etiquette is to put people at their ease, not to make people feel uncomfortable? So cooking a few vegan sausages isn't the end of the world.

Certainly bugs me a lot less than having to get decent meat and veg to cook the ever loving shit out of it for some miserable ould shite who "wouldn't eat any of that raw stuff".
