We may have had a thread on this already but couldn't find it

Pauline and her husband Nick dialled 999 at 10pm on Saturday after chasing the fox from their £800,000 three-storey Victorian terraced house in Stoke Newington, East London.
Further padding:
Accountant Mr Koupparis, 40, is head of finance at independent film and television production company Leopard Films, which recently made TV drama Missing, starring Pauline Quirk, for the BBC.
Tommy Walsh, the celebrity builder from BBC's Ground Force lives opposite the Kouppasis' house.

RADA trained actor Ben Whishaw, who starred in the 2008 film Brideshead Revisited, lives a few doors down.

Scottish actor John Hannah, who starred in 1994 film Four Weddings and a Funeral and Sliding Doors opposite Gwyneth Paltrow in 1998, also lives close by.

But, on the other hand, perhaps it's a sign that someone did some real journalism? Trivial, pointless, snobbish, class-ridden, useless, timewasting journalism, but nonetheless...

OK. I take your point. Coat.

All the house price news that's fit to print:
  • Five 'home videos' released by U.S. shows Bin Laden's life in the compound
  • Footage shows Bin Laden in a gold robe speaking to the camera in propaganda video outtakes
  • Also shows him flipping through satellite channels trying to find coverage of himself on TV
  • Intelligence officer describes evidence at compound at 'single largest collection' of senior terrorist material ever
  • Other, shaky footage shows litter-strewn compound in barely habitable state
  • House worth no more than $250,000 say experts

The nine-year-old daughter of a British Airways pilot watched from her playroom as her father bundled her mother’s body into the boot of his 4x4 car, a court heard yesterday.

The girl was with her 11-year-old brother in their mother’s £3million mock Tudor mansion when they heard their parents having a violent argument in the hallway.

Mrs Challen covered her dead husband – who had run a car dealership before suffering from ill health and was ‘fascinated’ by fast cars – with old curtains in the kitchen of the £1million four-bedroom home they once shared in Claygate, Surrey.

and if there is a property where the value is of no importance, it can be immaculately clean instead.

‘I don’t understand it,Anyone would do the same.’ he says modestly, as we talk in the family’s immaculately clean two bedroom council house in a Leeds suburb.

Because the inside of a council house naturally always looks like a shit tip in Mail land.

A teenager has been banned from driving after he drunkenly got behind the wheel of his father's £1,700 lawn-mower.
Joel Maunder, 18, boarded the 15mph vehicle with the intention of visiting some friends, but saw his journey cut short by police.
The A-level student had driven about a mile from his family's £500,000 home in the affluent village of Dinas Powys, in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.

We could do an interesting experiment here...

I'm moving house next week to somethng bigger, better and more expensive. (Been in the old place nine years.. Time to move on.)

Should I commit some white collar 'stick it to the leftie man' crime now, and in a fortnight and see how the sympathies of the Mailites change alongside the value of the property I happen ot live in?

When I lived in Swansea I used to know someone from Dinas Powys and I don't remember it being particularly "affluent" just pretty average Cardiff commuter belt with a mixed range of properties.
