Incredible homes of the treehouse tribe : Amazing images show rickety structures built 140ft up by secretive Korowai (who were unaware of anyone else on earth until 1970) (18 Feb 2015)
It's thought that until 1970, the mysterious Korowai tribe of south eastern Papua, Indonesian New Guinea, were unaware of the existence of any other people on earth.
Living as remotely as they do - perched up in the canopy of the least explored jungles in the world - it's quite plausible
.
Some clans are said to fear Westerners, having never seen them, and outsiders are called ' ghost demons'.

My comment about the Fakharwe tribe wasn't allowed two years ago either. :(

EARN? vern : gain deservedly in return for one's behaviour or achievements.
LittleJunk and Platell deserve nothing but contempt.

Actually, with LittleJunk's love of the Seventies for film and tv references, perhaps he deserves the salary of a 1970's regional hack. "Thank you for the 1,000 word article. Here's you're £10...and consider yourself lucky."

The jungle waterfall with an 'off' switch, rubber crocodiles and a hidden rain roof: The secrets of the not-so-wild I'm A Celeb set

As celebrities head into the jungle, we reveal the it's not such an isolated set

Behind the scenes: I'm A Celebrity..

Take the rocks around the edge of the encampment. It was David Gest who first spotted that they seemed to be hollow and made of papier mache. They occasionally cough, too.
I also realised that the waterfall, like the pool beneath it, was not part of the jungle at all, but a man-made creation. Unless, of course, 'real' rainforest waterfalls get turned off between three and six every afternoon.

I think that's something a bit closer to The Island with Bear Grylls.
