The reality is a great many of these Agencies are not paying the minimum wage, and they can't get away with that, with the English.

I see where the 50,000 figure came from but otherwise same old, same old. The unemployed, students, prisoners, anyone but them basically. The Mail also seem to be oddly pro migrant all of a sudden.

Whilst appreciating that wages offered by farmers or the agencies who recruit for them v the profits they make is a contentious issue, would an increase to a level theoretically encouraging thousands of Brits to sign up have a hugely positive impact on production?

Somehow I have my doubts.
