"It's not just fucking fresh bread, it's M&S fucking fresh bread."
When you're gluten intolerant, adverts for fresh bread really get on your tits.

Some adverts that I thought (hoped) had gone forever but have come back on our screens:

Go Compare: Corrrr blimeyyy cockerney taxi driver. People used to complain about the opera singer but he's easily the best bit of this one!

Oral-B: Woman speaks through a full set of white teeth while saying that she doesn't know how to keep her mouth healthy. She also gives the camera an excuse to focus on her arse, does some weird windmilling exercise that I don't think I've never seen anyone do IRL, opens a fridge that only contains peppers and is surprised/amused to learn from her badly-dubbed dentist that Oral-B make toothpaste.

Confused.com: Pink teddy bears are dumped on the ground in a busy urban area, one of them gets up and chases a man for reasons unknown. At least we no longer get James Corden performing driving stunts backed with a song by someone killed in a car crash.

There's an ad on the TeeVee at the moment for piles ointment for the bum, called, aptly, Anusol.

But oddly, it's apparently prounced "Ann-yoo-sol". ????

Put me in mind of this .....

Sorry Spoony, I thought that was too good to be true, so I checked. And it is.

Makes me laugh the way banks like Nationwide (with their poets) and TSB in particular try to portray and promote themselves as paragons of socialism, on YOUR side, regular everyday good guys looking out for their customers, providing their service out of the goodness of their hearts and no mistake. Funnily enough, the average person tends not to charge people they lend cash to a fiver a day for every day after they said they'd pay it back, thus compounding or elongating the initial cashflow problem. "Working together, my arse" as Jim Royle might say.

M & S are parodying themselves in a current ad campaign. But that one with the mum talking in a sexy voice on the phone to her son in an attempt to get him to come home for Easter, is a bit..... ummmm. Okay, she's talking about the food, but she's still trying to sound sexy to him.

Why does releasing equity involve having a cup of tea?
