Or make their millions by 'investing' in off-shoring and cutting jobs to increase profits.....
How is this any different from what they claim Labour did in encouraging 'likely Labour voters' - sweeping generalisations work both ways you know!Those on high incomes, businessmen and millionaire investors would be exempt because the government believes they create jobs.
