I have to speak in defence of my old PE teacher, Mr. Robinson (whom I believe is no longer with us). He was also a maths teacher: and unlike every other PE teacher at my school, wasn't a sadistic bastard who delighted in humiliating the fat kids. Rather, he encouraged them to do their best and if he spotted they could do something well, he nurtured them.

As such, this fat kid ending up demonstrating to his peers the correct, fluid method of hurdling...
