Please please please let this be true;

Trump's sweaty Fox News interview shows his 2020 chances melting away

https://www.theguardian.com/global/comm ... lting-away
In his own man-childish way, Trump thought he was proving his point about senility and sharpness and toughness. And so many other things.

But with every new interview, it sounds like he’s just asking his mommy to please take him home.

Meanwhile, it's been announced that Donald is bringing back his 5 o'clock COVID-19 briefings. And in true Tr*mp style...

...not to mention that he's also announced that he's signed an executive order announcing that he has the right to deploy Federal agents at will to defend Federal property without any permission from an affected state. Gonna love seeing all those militia men (and women) start rising up against the feds over this**.

**Don't be silly, of course they won't - they're busy right now looking for application forms so they can join in removing "people who hate America" from the streets without any lawful oversight.

If/when Trump loses, and some red map goes blue/purple over there, I expect the next excuse cum battlefield for the American right will be internal migration. As in "that's not a real Arizona result, most of those people moved here from California".

It's why I'm only half joking when I say the Democrats could end the republicans by funding thousands out-of-state scholarships to study gender studies* in Florida/Arizona with their campaign funds.

It'd be fucking hilarious.

*Other stereotypically leftie degrees are available

Probably an outlier, and it's not the highest rated pollster anyway, but Trump's just scored 61% disapproval with Morning Consult.

A highly rated pollster (Marist) has Democrats well up in North Carolina in presidential, US senate and governor races. There are new boundaries for the US House seats too which ought to give the Democrats a couple more seats. The gerrymandering in the 2018 election was something else.

Not much of 50-50 on votes (the Democrats didn't run a candidate in one of the districts, which brought their overall share down a bit.

So you'd think that, out of 13 districts, the Republicans probably won 7 and the Dems 6, right?

Nope. 10-3. Can you guess who drew the map?

Alaska and Montana are serious headbanger hard Republican states. Rugged individualism and code of the west. Iowa however, Trump losing there would be like Leamington Spa voting Labour.
