When Johnson was campaigning to replace Theresa May as Tory party leader much was made of his abilities as a negotiator and communicator but over a year after becoming PM he seems to have delegated all the EU negotiating to David Frost and Michael Gove, negotiations with Greater Manchester were handled by Edward Lister and Robert Jenrick and Allegra Stratton now has the job of communicating Johnson's views to the media.

Having delegated most of his daily work to other people he has the brass neck to claim that he is not being paid enough.

Anyone listening to Graham Brady in Broadcasting House on Sunday will have heard him issue clear, albeit velvet-gloved threats to Johnson's mob not to pick this fight.

Their vindictiveness is only matched by their arrogance.

Why isn't this on the BBC?
There was a bit about a collie dog on the radio Six. Can't squeeze everything, y'know?

Sorry, it's taken me a while to finally percolate this thought, but the reason why Johnson has fucked this so badly is that Burnham (Wood?) connects like the maths teacher who finally made it all make sense.

I've never been. Nearest I've come was a Twitter discussion about non-league football with a random Grimsby fan. Nice bloke. But might have been from Cleethorpes.
It's next to God's Spelling Mistake. And just as bad.
