According to the BBC news this morning the White House's account of what was said in the call was very different from Downing Street's account. Johnson claimed that they had discussed a trade deal but this didn't get a mention in the version published by the Whit House.

Just watched the day's Covid briefing.
This is the day when deaths exceeded 100,000.

Unprecedented scenes as an exhausted Alexander Johnson
"accepts responsibility for every one of those deaths".

Bozo the clown is a very long way away today.
The contrast - and accepting responsibility - are so out of character that I advise you all to place bets now on a PM resignation.

When? No idea, but I'm sure the internal party wheels are turning.
